Yes, we proudly ship worldwide.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers in China.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, changes cannot be made—but you’re welcome to return your order for a full refund once it arrives.


What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
We will email you tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.


What if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Prices on our store are tax-free in GBP, which means customs or import duties may apply depending on your local customs office.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by us.

When will I receive my refund?

Your bank may take 7–10 business days after we process the refund to post the credit to your account.
