Empire Lighting Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the U.S. and select international destinations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Victory Products is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international shipments.

  • All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Victory Products is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [info@EmpireLighting76..com] with photos of the damage so we can assist.

Order Changes

  • Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
